Most of our projects have been residential; consisting of new homes, additions, renovations and decks. But we also have a few commercial jobs under our belts including two complete dental office design-builds and a Broyhill furniture showroom. We are experienced and capable of this work, yet our path has kept us busy serving families.

Many of the projects we complete start with an architectural plan that we are asked to follow precisely, yet these plans are not always designed with reality and efficiency in mind.
This can lead to costly changes, slowdowns and possibly, a missed mark on delivering to the customer's expectations. In many cases, we have seen expensive plans fail to consider what an experienced builder will.
We are true design-builders! We love taking measurements and creating custom projects for people. We design the plans with our hands and minds, then our hands and minds put the pieces together. In doing this, we can typically get a project done in less time, for less money and aggravation.
Our experience and involvement with a project from conception to completion gives us an edge which speaks to a smooth, efficient process.
Our design work can also cost about 2/3rds less than that of an architectural firm, and at the same time, save time and materials on the actual construction!
